* Children and Extra Beds
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged £5.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 2 to 18 years are charged £10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged £15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1 (Room 5) & extra 2 (Room 1 & 6).
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Cancellation & Charging Policy
2 of more day before check in, then no charges. Less than 2 Days before, then 1st night stay will be charged. In the event of no-show then the full reservation fee will be charged We reserve the right to pre-authorise your card. All nights that have been booked must be paid for.
Deposits
We shall only take deposits where the stay is over 7 days, this deposit will be around 10% of your stay. (These deposits are refundable see cancellation policy) We hope this does not cause any inconvenience
